Sharing my first iTOVi scan results
I wanted to share with you my first personal iTOVi scan result and give you a bit of an idea of what it has told me about my body’s needs. Firstly, I want to add that I have the scanner set to bring up the top 5 products to use, to give me a good idea of what I can be using to help resolve some of the unresolved biomarkers (I will explain this more in a minute).
If you haven’t caught my other blog post about what bioimpedance technology is, you can review this here.
The scanning process
The first thing I needed to do is to create a client profile for myself in the iTOVi app, with my name, email address, telephone number, age, weight, gender, and height. I like that the app automatically hides the age and weight section! Once that was done, I was ready to scan.
The scanning device is held in the palm, with the two sensors touching the skin. You then click on New Session and the scan begins. The device vibrates to let you know this is starting, and then on the app, a video plays while the device scans 273 biomarkers in your body. My scan took less time than the video lasted, so it was really quick! (My mum’s scan took a little longer, and I was able to watch the video to the end with her scan!).
The scan results
When the scan was complete, the report shows on the phone like this (click on images to make them bigger):
The scan report shows that I have 199 out of 273 biopoints that are unresolved, and that the following products will address them:
Invogorating Blend – will address 51/199 biopoints
The Invigorating Blend is Citrus Bliss, and contains Wild Orange, Lemon, Grapefruit, Mandarin, Bergamot, Tangerine, and Clementine with a hint of Vanilla Absolute. Physically, this blend holds energizing and refreshing properties that can uplift mood and reduce stress. Emotionally (according to Emotions & Essential Oils), Citrus Bliss is the Oil of Creativity and helps inspire a person as well as addresses lethargy, discouragement, despondency, or lack of confidence.
Protective Blend – will address 38/199 biopoints
The Protective Blend is OnGuard, and is a proprietary blend of Wild Orange Peel, Clove Bud, Cinnamon Bark/Leaf, Eucalyptus Leaf, and Rosemary Leaf/Flower essential oils. Physically, it provides a natural and effective alternative for immune support and also supports the cardiovascular system. Emotionally, it helps to strengthen the inner self, to help one stand up for themselves, and cut away any unhealthy connections and codependency.
Fennel (Sweet) – will address 37/199 biopoints
The history of Fennel use dates back to ancient times when Roman warriors were said to have consumed Fennel to make them strong and ready for battle. Fennel is best known for its distinct licorice aroma and taste, yet its ability to promote healthy digestion is equally noteworthy. Fennel is also known for its ability to promote healthy metabolism, liver function, and circulation, and to support the respiratory system. Emotionally and spiritually, fennel is said to support a person’s responsibility (or confidence in their ability to respond). This means it might help a person struggling with self-doubt, low self-esteem, lack of motivation, accountability, or stubbornness, and help them live in alignment with their values and integrity. Historically, it was even used to bestow strength and courage to warriors, and may support stamina and longevity by strengthening the solar plexus. In addition, it supports youwhere there has been a loss of connection to the body’s natural signals due to emotional eating and curbs cravings.
Polyphenol Complex – will address 31/199 biopoints
Deep Blue Polyphenol Complex delivers polyphenol extracts of frankincense, turmeric, green tea, ginger, pomegranate, and grape seed, and is designed to provide soothing support to aching muscles and to other occasional discomfort.
Rosemary – will address 24/199 biopoints
Rosemary has many benefits. Rosemary supports healthy digestion and internal organ function. Long revered by healers, Rosemary was considered sacred by the ancient Greek, Roman, Egyptian, and Hebrew cultures. Rosemary’s herbaceous and energizing scent is frequently used in aromatherapy. Taken internally, it helps to reduce nervous tension and occasional fatigue. It can also be used to help support concentration. Emotionally, Rosemary is the Oil of Knowledge and Transition. It challenges individuals to look deeper than they normally would and ask more soul-searching questions so that they may receive more inspired answers.
SO WHAT DID I THINK?
I was quite intrigued at the results, (you can see the full report here), and due to a recent bereavement, I thought I might see other oils on there. However, when I went back and looked more into the emotional side of the oils, I think there are quite a lot of truths in there that perhaps I have been glossing over, as these are some issues I have been working on for many years, and even where I feel that I am now quite confident I am ok in those areas, perhaps my body is telling me differently. Out of all of the five products, I have 3 of them – Citrus Bliss, OnGuard and Rosemary. In fact, I took advantage of this month’s 200PV offer and am getting a whole host of OnGuard products, so I will be focusing on using these three oils/blends first and then I will rescan after using them for a week or so, to see how I am getting on! This is something I will always recommend you do – use the oils you have first, and then get the others on your next Loyalty Rewards order…
So, I was excited to do this. My husband and children also had scans, and they were super accurate, particularly my daughter’s that came up with a lot of anxiety-based essential oils (this is the main thing we have been addressing with her). So, we will start using the oils suggested to resolve these biomarkers, and go from there!
